Our Story
NAAS was started in July 2023 to fill a specific need in the adaptive sports community. To have an active and accessible goalball program and goalball teams in the Nashville area and Middle Tennessee. We currently hold goalball practice most Saturdays 10am at Tennessee School for the Blind in Donelson. New players are always welcome.
Our Mission
Although NAAS was started for the purposes of having an active goalball community in Nashville and Middle Tennessee, we are always open to the idea of filling other adaptive sports needs that are not adequately being met by other organizations. Our mission is to offer adaptive sports opportunities to the those in the community with disabilities.
